As an administrator, you can require user approval for Google Workspace Studio flows that include people outside of your organization such as a flow adding content to a file or messaging a group.
When user approval is on, any steps in a flow that include sensitive information must be approved before the flow can continue, helping protect your organization's data.
Turn on user approval for sensitive actions
- In the Google Admin console, go to Menu
Apps
Google Workspace Workspace Studio. - Click Approvals.
- Check the Require user approval for sensitive steps box.
- Click Save.
