Display custom screen saver images or digital signage content

You can display custom images and digital signage content when your organization's Beam-enabled devices aren't in use. To avoid image stickiness or screen burn-in, cycle through multiple custom images or signage.

Because the aspect ratio of the screen is slightly cropped, design images to meet the specifications for your video conferencing platform to ensure that they display correctly. Use low-contrast images as well.

Google Beam for Meet

For Google Beam for Meet licenses, the settings are the same as for a Meet hardware device, except for the maximum delay time. Unlike other Meet hardware devices, Beam sets a maximum delay to start of 120 minutes, and defaults to that value without a warning if you try to set a longer delay. We also recommend setting Start after this many minutes of inactivity to a low value (<10 minutes).

Go to Display custom screen saver images or digital signage content for Google Meet hardware for setup instructions.
