Bulk update device settings

As an administrator, you can update individually-controlled device settings for any or all of your HP Dimension devices at once by doing a bulk update. To do a bulk update, you update a CSV file listing all of the devices and the settings you want to change, then upload that file to your admin console.

If you want to update device settings for one or just a few devices, follow the instructions in the Device settings overview.

Click the tab that corresponds to your license.

Google Beam for Meet

To bulk update device settings:

  1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu and then Devices and then Google Meet hardware and then Devices.

    Some features need the Meet hardware View devices privilege.

  2. Go to the right-hand panel and click + Add a filter.
  3. Choose Device Model and select HP Dimension from the list to only show HP Dimension devices.
  4. Follow the instructions in Bulk update Google Meet hardware settings.

Google Beam for Zoom

To bulk update device settings:

  1. View the list of your devices in the Zoom web portal.
  2. Use the All Zoom Partner Devices list to filter on HP Dimension.
  3. Export the device list.
  4. Update the settings in the CSV file, then go to How to update multiple Zoom Rooms from a file for instructions on uploading the file.
