Verify licenses

After the hardware and licenses have been purchased but before the installation date, you should verify that the licenses have been transferred to your organization's Google Workspace account.

Click the tab that corresponds to your license.

Google Beam for Meet

To verify the licenses:

  1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu and then Devices and then Google Meet hardware and then Devices.

    Some features need the Meet hardware View devices privilege.

  2. Accept the latest Google Beam Enterprise Agreement and any additional required terms.
  3. In the More panel, the License management section shows how many licenses are in use. Confirm that you have a Google Beam for Meet license for each device you want to enroll.

Google Beam for Zoom

To verify the licenses:

  1. In the Google Admin console, go to Menu and then Devices and then Beam.

    Requires the Google Beam View devices privilege.

  2. Accept the latest Google Beam Enterprise Agreement and any additional required terms.
  3. The number of licenses and how many are provisioned or remaining shows at the top of the device list. Confirm that you have a Google Beam for Zoom license for each device you want to enroll.
  4. Sign into the Zoom web portal and go to the list of Zoom Rooms. The number of Google Beam licenses at the top should match the number in the Google Admin console.
