Verify licenses

After the hardware and licenses have been purchased but before the installation date, you should verify that the licenses have been transferred to your organization's Google Workspace account.

Click the tab that corresponds to your license.

Google Beam for Meet

To verify the licenses:

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console with your administrator account.
  2. Accept the latest Google Beam Enterprise Agreement and any additional required terms.
  3. Confirm that you have a Google Beam for Meet license for each device you want to enroll:
    1. Go to Menu and then Devices and then Google Meet hardware and then Devices. At the left, under More, the License management section shows how many licenses are in use.

Google Beam for Zoom

You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task. To verify the licenses:

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console with your administrator account.
  2. Accept the latest Google Beam Enterprise Agreement and any additional required terms.
  3. Confirm that you have a Google Beam for Zoom license for each device you want to enroll:
    1. Go to Menu and then Devices and then Beam. The number of licenses and how many are provisioned or remaining displays at the top of the device list.
  4. Sign into the Zoom web portal and go to the list of Zoom Rooms. The number of Google Beam licenses at the top should match the number in the Google Admin console.
