As an administrator, you can control which Workspace Integrations steps users can add to their Google Workspace Studio flows. Workspace Integrations steps are similar to Google Workspace custom steps. However, Workspace Integrations steps are developed by third-party Google partners and Google. These steps allow Workspace Studio and Gemini for Google Workspace to connect to apps like Jira, Asana, and Mailchimp and easily exchange data.
Choose whether users can use third-party integrations steps in their flows
You can choose whether users can use third-party integrations steps in their flows by allowing them access. When access is turned on, you can use Workspace Marketplace settings to limit access to only certain integrations.
- In the Google Admin console, go to Menu

Google Workspace
Workspace Studio.
- Click Integration settings.
- Choose an option:
- Off—The default setting. Flows can’t use integrations steps.
- On—Flows can use integrations steps that you allow.
- Click Save.
