Rules for SIP Link subscription-only countries
SIP Link is also available in countries where first-party calling is not available. Users in these countries need to purchase an SIP Link Standard or Premier subscription to connect phone numbers from their carriers to Google Voice. Your organization can purchase an SIP Link Standard or Premier subscription through Partner Search. These subscriptions can't be added directly in the Google Admin console.
