If you have a Voice Starter standalone or Voice Standard standalone subscription, go instead to Upgrade from Voice Starter or Voice Standard (for Gmail accounts).
To add more users and get additional features, such as regional and international locations, you can upgrade your Google Voice add-on subscription.
What to know before you upgrade
When you upgrade, everyone with a Voice license gets the same subscription. For example, you can't upgrade some users to Google Voice Premier while others keep using Google Voice Standard.

In the Google Admin console, go to Menu
Billing
Buy or upgrade.Requires having the Billing management privilege.
- On the side, click Google Voice.
- For Google Voice Standard or Google Voice Premier, click Switch.
- Click Checkout Place Order.
